We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom orders. Each sombrero is made to order — printed, embroidered, or trimmed to the exact design and quantity you approve — so the items cannot be resold or restocked.

Our production guarantee

If your order arrives defective or does not match the mockup you approved, we will remake or replace the affected pieces at no charge. This is a production guarantee, not a return: it covers our errors and manufacturing defects, not changes of mind, color preferences, or sizing decisions made after approval. Report any issue within 14 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right quickly.

Our free mockup and unlimited-revision process exists precisely so you can review and sign off on every detail — artwork, colors, placement, and quantity — before anything goes into production. Please review your mockup carefully; your approval is what we build to.
