Every Custom Sombrero order is made to order to your approved artwork, so timelines begin once your mockup is approved — not at checkout.

Production & timing

Standard production typically takes about three weeks from the date you approve your mockup. Rush production may be available for firm event dates; ask before ordering and we’ll confirm whether your deadline is achievable. Estimated timelines are good-faith projections and can vary by order size, decoration method, and season.

Shipping costs

Shipping is quoted per order based on quantity, weight, and destination, and is included in your written quote. We typically ship within the United States; international and destination-event shipping can often be arranged on request.

Tracking & delivery

Tracking is provided once your order ships. Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We can split a single order across multiple addresses when you provide a distribution list.
