No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. We only charge once the design is locked and production begins.

Yes. Tell us the event, theme, names, or vibe and our designers will build artwork from scratch, whether that’s a wedding monogram or a full fiesta lockup.

Yes. We offer Pantone-style color matching on hatbands, embroidery thread, and dyed hats so the sombreros match your palette. Note any exact colors in your quote.

Yes. Send a spreadsheet of names or details and we’ll personalize hat by hat — common for bridal parties, cohorts, and VIP gifts. This is quoted per piece.

Unlimited, and always free, until you approve. We’d rather get it right than rush a design you’re not thrilled with.

Standard production is about three weeks from the moment you approve the mockup. Mockups themselves come back within 24–48 hours of your request.

Yes. Rush is available for firm event dates — tell us your deadline and we’ll confirm whether we can hit it and what it costs.

Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination. We’ll include it in your written quote so there are no surprises.

Yes. Provide a distribution list and we’ll split the order — useful for destination weddings or multi-location promotions.

We make it right. If hats arrive defective or don’t match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected pieces. Details are in our Return Policy.

Natural straw plus dyed red, hot pink, turquoise, marigold, lime, and royal blue; felt and velvet in black, ivory, wine, navy, emerald, and more, with metallic trim. Decoration by printed hatband, screen print, or embroidery.

Printed hatbands and screen prints are color-fast for the life of a party hat; embroidery is the most durable, holding color and texture for years. Velvet and felt are best kept for indoor and evening events.

Straw styles use a tight natural straw weave with a sewn sweatband; charro styles use wool or wool-blend felt; deluxe styles add velvet over a structured felt body. Mini and kids’ sizes use lighter versions of the same materials.

Spot-clean straw and felt with a dry brush or lightly damp cloth; store hats upside down or stuffed to hold their shape. Keep velvet dry. We include care notes with larger orders.
