Comfort and safety drive the construction. The brim is narrowed to a kid-friendly proportion so it stays out of little eyes, the crown is sized down, and the straw is a softer, lighter weave. We finish each one with the same decoration options as the grown-up versions: a full-color printed hatband, a screen-printed crown, or stitched embroidery for a keepsake finish. Bright party colors — red, pink, turquoise, marigold — are the most popular here, and they mix freely with an adult order at no extra charge.

This product is most often added on to a larger order rather than bought alone: a couple ordering 150 straw sombreros for guests adds 20 kid sizes for the flower girls and ring bearers; a restaurant running a family fiesta night wants a child version of its branded hat. Ordering both sizes together keeps the artwork, colors, and hatband consistent across the whole set.
