Mini Sombrero

The Mini Sombrero is the detail that ties a fiesta together. Just four to seven inches across, these tiny hats work as cocktail toppers, table scatter, garland pieces, favor-bag fillers, and photo props — the small, repeatable touch that makes an event feel fully styled rather than thrown together. They’re also our lowest-cost custom item, which makes them an easy add-on to any larger order.

Despite the size, they’re genuinely brandable. A slim printed band wraps the base of the crown for a logo, event name, or hashtag; we can also do a small screen print on the crown or attach a branded paper tag. The brim is lightly wired so it holds a jaunty shape on a glass rim or stands up in a centerpiece. Bright, mixed-color sets are the norm — a single order might span red, pink, turquoise, and marigold to match a serape palette.

Bars and restaurants use them to dress up margaritas and signature cocktails for Cinco de Mayo and taco nights. Event planners scatter them across tables, string them into garlands, or tuck them into welcome bags. Brands back them as pins, magnets, or stir-stick toppers for trade-show giveaways. Because they’re inexpensive and instantly readable as “fiesta,” they punch well above their price as a decor and giveaway item.

Minimum order is 50 and production runs about three weeks, same as the full-size hats, with a free mockup inside 24–48 hours. They ship in bulk polybags and store flat until you need them.
