Instead of printing a design onto the surface, we stitch it in — thread logos, monograms, names, and dates rendered in raised, durable embroidery on your choice of a straw or felt base. Embroidery shines for personalization at the individual level. A wedding can order one hat per guest with each name stitched on the brim, doubling the favor as a place setting. A teacher training or a milestone trip can put a cohort name and year on every crown. A brand can render its mark in thread that keeps its color and definition long after a printed band would have faded. We support standard and metallic thread colors and can match a logo’s palette closely; intricate full-color artwork is reviewed for stitchability and we’ll advise if a printed hatband would serve it better.

Choosing the base is part of the order. On straw, embroidery adds a craft-fair, artisanal feel at a moderate price. On felt, it becomes a genuinely upscale piece. Either way the design area runs up to about four inches wide on the crown front, with brim-edge stitching available as an add-on. Because each design is digitized once and then stitched consistently across the run, large orders stay uniform while still allowing per-piece name changes.

Most embroidered orders fall between 50 and a few hundred pieces, where the keepsake value justifies the method. Turnaround is the standard three weeks from mockup approval, with rush available for firm event dates.
